Hello all!

MadeinCanada’s Nexus is now live! This is less of an actual post or devlog, and more of a celebration. This website was made for a few, key reasons:

Hosting My Mods

Not only is Steam not ideal for being the main page for me and my mods, but it is incapable of functions like notifications and links relating to mod development, etc. Plus, a website can be customised in almost anyway, compared to Steam. The raw files of my mods are accessible through this site, too.

Writing and Devlogs

I have a lot of plans for both my Stellaris mods and other projects. This site is really useful for writing detailed posts and logs about plans, changes and devlogs. This can pretty easily include any other plans, such as future Modjams (or games, even!).

The Future?

I’d like to become a developer of games or other software in the future. I love programming and computing, so ideally my job will involve it to some extent; small programs and examples of my work can be linked and hosted here for everyone to see, maybe even future employers.

Perhaps this website will be used for something else, too, later on. That’s why it’s so great: almost anything goes (as long as I can be asked to do it :p)
